IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP DETAILS
MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
All memberships require a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month commitment. To enrol, an active credit card must be kept on file for recurring monthly payments. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointments cannot be transferred to another person or rolled over into the next month unless otherwise stated within your membership plan. Each member is responsible for scheduling their monthly appointments. In the event an appointment is no-showed or cancelled within 24 hours, our cancellation policy will apply, and the treatment will be forfeited without the option to roll it over. Monthly membership privileges cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, packages, or offers. Meraki Medical Aesthetics Inc. reserves the right to change, modify, or update these policies at any given time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email.
MEMBERSHIP TERMINATIONS
Early termination of your membership before the end of your commitment period will result in an early cancellation fee, which is non-negotiable and will be charged to the payment method on file. This fee includes 50% of the monthly commitment cost multiplied by the number of months remaining in your term, plus the cost of the loyalty gift received upon activation. To cancel your membership, a written notice must be sent to info@merakimedicalaesthetics.com at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. Meraki Medical Aesthetics Inc. reserves the right to change, modify, or update the termination policy at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email.
