The creation of Meraki Medical Aesthetics has been a long-cherished dream of mine. My vision has always been to create a space where every client feels safe, welcome, and valued. My mission is to redefine conventional beauty standards by introducing realism, self-love, and acceptance into the aesthetics industry. At Meraki, we celebrate individuality and reject the pressures to conform to predefined notions of beauty. Here, every client is embraced for their unique beauty, free from judgment and expectation. We welcome individuals of all genders, sizes, races, and preferences in this inclusive and supportive environment.

With over 18 years of experience, I have built a reputation for exceptional customer satisfaction, superior service, and industry credibility. My journey began at the age of 13 in my hometown of Saskatchewan as an aesthetician. In 2013, I advanced my career by graduating with honours from Eveline Charles Academy and earning an ITEC Diploma, which certifies me to uphold high standards of excellence globally.

Throughout my career, I have continually refined my skills through extensive training, seminars, and staying informed of the latest advancements in aesthetics. My experience includes working with physicians and mastering advanced techniques such as tattoo removal, fractional laser resurfacing, and complex pigmentation treatments.

My passions are deeply rooted in advanced skin care, skin transformations, and laser treatments. I specialize in addressing various skin conditions, drawing from my personal journey with cystic acne, pigmentation, and scarring. Having faced these challenges myself as a young teen and into adulthood, I understand firsthand the emotional and physical impact of skin issues.

Through my own experiences, I’ve explored numerous products, treatments, and medications, gaining valuable insights into what truly works. This personal journey inspired me to deepen my knowledge of skin health and adopt a holistic approach to treatment. My goal is to address skin concerns from the inside out, combining my expertise with empathy to help others achieve their best skin.

OUR POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS: We offer complimentary consultations for all of our services. Consultations are required in order for your service provider to create a customizable treatment plan suitable for your concerns. Appointments are required at all times. We do not accept walk-in appointments. After hours appointments are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We are closed on all statutory holidays. Please book your appointment accordingly.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: We value your business and appreciate your loyalty. Please respect our scheduling by providing us with a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. We understand life happens unexpectedly and things come up. We may be willing to make exceptions and waive our cancellation fee at the discretion of the business. Please contact us at the earliest time to reschedule your appointment. Insufficient notice of a cancellation, no shows or missed appointments may result in a fee subject to business discretion. Consistent no showed or missed appointments will result in having a credit card on file or deposit left prior to booking an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate each and every client at their requested time. Thank you for understanding that this time is set aside for you and without proper notice of cancellation, our business needs to be compensated.

LATE ARRIVALS: Arriving late to an appointment may result in the length of your treatment being shortened or rescheduled. We appreciate communication if you are running behind so we may notify staff to try to accommodate you. Consistent late appointment will be subject to the full cost of the booked appointment and a credit card on file for future bookings.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept cash, Debit, E-Transfer, MasterCard, AMEX, and Visa as forms of payment. We do not accept partial payments. Payment must be made in full at the time of the appointment. We do have patient financing options available. All clients making purchases with a credit card over $500 are required to provide valid photo ID matching the name on the credit card for security purposes.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to: products, services, packages, and gift cards. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

CHILDREN: We deeply value your patronage and adore little ones of all ages. However, we kindly request that you do not bring your children to your appointment. Our services utilize equipment such as lasers and energy-emitting devices that are not safe for children. We also make it a priority to ensure a calm and peaceful atmosphere for all clients during our relaxing treatments. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

ZERO TOLERANCE: We are committed to providing the highest quality service in a safe and non-judgmental environment. We welcome individuals of all genders and preferences.
